Requirements:
Qualification
(1) Bachelor education level in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
(2) At least 2 years of experience in product management.
(3) At least 2 years of development experience.
(4) 1- 3 years of business transformation experience
(5) Experience with UX.
(6) At least 2 years of industry experience (for example, travel, marketplace, or financial industry) is an added advantage.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
(1) Software development skills.
(2) UX, UI, and design abilities.
(3) Must have strong communication skills to create and articulate ideas.
(4) Must be able to work well as a team and know when it is appropriate to direct the team.
(5) Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills.
(6) Product Roadmap Development.
(7) Software Development Skills.
(8) Market Research Skills.
Responsibilities:
(1) Outlining the product vision, product strategy, and product roadmap
(2) Liaising with customers and collecting feedback on the product.
(3) Collaborating with the development team to ensure the feature/product is built according to the specifications
(4) Deciding which technical solution should be implemented.
(5) Designing technical solutions.
(6) Represent customers by understanding their needs and product requirements.
(7) Explore competitors products and come up with new ways to improve the companys products.
(8) Monitor and analyze market trends.
(9) Work with project management software.
(10) Work within a software development methodology like AGILE.
