JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
BSc. In Marketing, sales or any related course
Minimum of 2 years work experience in same role or capacity
Demonstrated relationship management and consultative selling aptitude


Responsibilities:
- Source for prospective clients, engage and close new business opportunities for the Company.
- Determine customers- needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs
- Support the Company by driving growth to the business through prospecting new opportunities to either through new or old clientele portfolio and forming client relationship.
- Attend job fairs on behalf of the company to create awareness and drive traction to the business.
- Collaborate with clients through meetings to create their exact needs and specifications for their hiring need.
- Carry out research on prospective clients and their company.
- Perform the responsibility of driving revenue through strategic promotions and marketing of our brands and products
- Leverage on network, associations, industry contacts, and garnered portfolio to create business relationships
- Liaise with Business development team to ensure that the business brought in are executed on time to ensure a repeated business with client.
