Requirements:
As a Sales Executive at the School of Eloquence, you will be responsible for promoting our public speaking training programs and driving enrollment. This role demands a dynamic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping individuals enhance their public speaking abilities. The Sales Executive will play a key role in achieving enrollment targets, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the School of Eloquence.

  • • Client Acquisition:

    • • Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.
    • • Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to provide information about our training programs.
  • • Consultative Selling:

    • • Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable training solutions.
    • • Articulate the benefits of our programs and address any concerns or objections.
  • • Enrollment Management:

    • • Guide clients through the enrollment process, providing assistance with paperwork and payment procedures.
    • • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients from initial contact to program commencement.
  • • Relationship Building:

    • • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
    • • Stay in contact with clients to encourage program participation and gather feedback.
  • • Sales Targets:

    • • Work towards achieving individual and team enrollment targets.
    • • Regularly update sales metrics and progress towards targets.
  • • Market Research:

    • • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential market opportunities.
    • • Provide feedback to the sales team and management based on market insights.
  • • Customer Service:

    • • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • • Collaboration with Marketing:

    • • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall marketing strategies.
    • • Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness.
  • • CRM Management:

    • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
    • • Utilize CRM data to track leads, monitor client progress, and inform sales strategies.
