- Minimum of 10yrs experience in restaurant operations with not less than 5yrs in
Supervisory/managerial role.
- Knowledge of food safety, food costing, menu planning and culinary skills
- Proficiency in computer usage (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage communication within a team
- An excellent team leader
- A competent salesperson with a flair for exceeding set financial targets.
Responsibilities:
Supervises daily restaurant operations, menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, supervises servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Continually improve guest satisfaction, maximize revenue and conducts trainings for the team.
