- HND, BSc or MSc in Hotel and Catering management or any other related field.

- A competent salesperson with a flair for exceeding set financial targets.
Responsibilities:
Supervises daily restaurant operations, menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, supervises servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Continually improve guest satisfaction, maximize revenue and conducts trainings for the team.
