JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
High level composing, note- Taking, recordkeeping, and authoritative abilities.
Capacity to oversee inner and outside correspondence.
Working information on printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Capability in arrangement planning programming like MS Viewpoint, as well as call sending.
Responsibilities:
Answering to senior administration and performing secretarial and managerial obligations.
Composing, arranging, and altering reports, records, and introductions.
Entering information, keeping up with data sets, and keeping records.
Liaising with inner offices, noting calls, and making travel game plans.
Overseeing inner and outside correspondence for senior administration
