- Work closely with the Managing Director in developing and implementing business strategies to facilitate achievement of short- and long-term business goals
- Develop favourable work processes and systems that encourage employee retention and engagement.
- Prepare, implement and review operational policies and procedures as approved by top management. Ensure strict adherence by all employees.
- Set standards by which employee performance as well as organizational performance are effectively assessed.
