JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over- Achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi- Task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- School Certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse information and computing needs within the organisation
- Consult with ICT specialists to specify a technology solution that meets those needs
- Oversee the procurement of ICT systems
- Oversee the installation and integration of ICT resources
- Oversee the rollout of user training
- Direct and manage general ICT operations
- Set priorities across system development, maintenance and operations
- Oversee the security of ICT systems.
