We are in need of an experienced Executive Administrative personal Assistant who has a broad knowledge of administrative functions. You will be responsible for providing support to this fast-paced lovely organization, organizing schedules/calendaring, errands, spreadsheets, household inventory, bill pay, email correspondence, meeting with vendors, scheduling travel arrangements and handling research project requests. You should have experience organizing various events and supporting high-level individuals. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you must be very detail-oriented and highly organized due to the large volume of work you will handle.
Responsibilities:
-Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf,
-Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
-Performing minor accounting duties
-Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
-Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
-Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
