- Previous customer service and remarkable sales experience in the banking/insurance industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Must be articulate and will have to dress professionally/businesslike at all times
- Computer keyboard and processing skills
- Must be proficiently knowledgeable with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to type 45 WPM
- Must have a hard work ethic
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
1. Communicate and work well with customers, partners and coworkers in a team setting.
2. Gain customers trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
3. Selling Insurance Policies, Servicing Policies, Contacting current customers for retention purposes.
4. Pulling up weekly/monthly/quarterly business reports.
5. Filing paperwork and effectively operating insurance policy booking applications.
6. Maintaining business standards in strict accordance with the company's culture and core values.
7. Readiness to take on additional roles if/when needed or required.
- Monthly remuneration subject to periodic review/increment
- After hire, employee will be required to meet the company's expectations for continuous training to maintain her business ethics for growth and capacity development (comprehensive trainings will be provided).
