JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
OND,HND or B. Sc in any related field
Problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Address customers courteously using suitable methods.
Update and maintain database with accurate customer information and timely data entry.
Comply with corporate and regulatory policies regarding information confidentiality and privacy.
Maintain knowledge of company products to provide helpful suggestions and recommendations to customers. Follow up with customers regarding product functionality and overall satisfaction.
Deliver personalized customer service relating to questions and promptly resolved basic problems on customer accounts.
