Attend company events, happy hours, and other relevant gatherings to capture high-quality photos and videos for social media content.
Curate and manage content calendars for all social media platforms, especially instagram, tiktok, and twitter.
Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and feedback to adjust content strategies for optimal results.

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Over 3 years experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Candidate must be based in lagos, preferably based on the island.
Strong photography (must have an iphone) and videography skills; experience with photo and video editing software such as capcut, inshot, etc.
Able to attend events and gatherings, occasionally in the evenings.
Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for delivering outstanding work.
