Business Development Manager | Experienced in Healthtech - Lagos

Requirements:
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role, especially in the tech industry.
Experience in the healthtech space will be an added advantage.
Proven sales track record
Experience in digital marketing & customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and software backend management
Proficiency in English
Healthcare Market knowledge will be an added advantage
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
BSc/BA in Business Administration/Computer Science or a BSc in Science/Basic Medical Science

Responsibilities:
Finalize, test and get healthtech products ready for launch
Develop a launch & growth strategy focused both on financials and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company-s products/services addressing or predicting clients- needs
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after- Ales support
Build long- Term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop and train entry level staff into valuable salespeople
