Responsibilities:
Receiving in coming and outgoing calls and direct phone calls
Organizing top executive schedule and appointments
Plan meetings and drafting minutes of meetings
Writing and distributing emails to the appropriate department for documentation.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Buying and distributing of office supplies
Book travel arrangements
Providing clients with the right information concerning company's product
