Requirements:
- • BSc./HND in any related field.
- • At least 5 years Business Development/Marketing experience within the HMO industry
- • Digital marketing skills
- • Must be a fast learner and have passion for sales
- • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
Responsibilities:
- • Identification of prospective clients
- • Grow revenue, sales and market share across designated territories and maintain customer database
- • Ensure company image is protected and enhanced in all sales and marketing activities
- • Champion the development and implementation of customer satisfaction and retention initiatives in line with organizational strategies and policies; monitor effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement of same on a periodic basis
- • Create, maintain and update a detailed database for all information relating to clients/ customers and products/services to facilitate informed management decision making etc.
