- • Excellent communication skill
- • Exceptional Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- • Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- • Making phone calls to customers
- • Manage large amounts of calls promptly
- • Follow various communication scripts when speaking to a caller
- • Keep records of conversations in the call center database
- • Follow up on loans collected and remind them of due dates
