Requirements:
We are seeking a dynamic and results- Driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth and expansion of Lana Healthcare. As the Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing a business strategy aligned with our company vision, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- • Conduct market research to identify new markets, trends, and customer needs in the healthcare sector.
- • Proactively seek out and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- • Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients to present Lana Healthcare's products and services, understanding and addressing their objectives and requirements.
- • Promote Lana Healthcare's products and services effectively, articulating value propositions and benefits to potential clients.
- • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, and client interactions using our CRM system.
- • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- • Build and nurture long- Term relationships with new and existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
- • Mentor and develop entry- Level staff members to enhance their sales skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to align business strategies and achieve organizational goals.
- • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to fulfill the job function or as assigned by management.
